Whew! First devlog!
So for what I’ve done so far, I’ve made software for ASB/student governments so they can manage their financials, events, and is basically just an alternative to whatever Google Sheet/group chat that’s been used for who knows how long.
And yes, to those who’re asking, yes. I’m treasurer.
Ok going back to what I’m talking about,
Here’s the main stuff that’s in the Hub so far:

Events tab - can toggle between calendar/list view, AI date suggester (requires Groq API key)
Meeting Notes tab: for all ASB/student government elected positions,
Ideas tab: make an idea, track its status as it makes its way to “done!” or shelve it
Chat tab: simple enough, there’s a general chat or you can have DMs with specific people.
People tab: just a list of people who’ve joined the hub, also with when they joined and what role they have.
We also have some other stuff as well, like a test mode and places to see previous years/nuke everything.
We also have a separate financial tracker with:
Budget tracker: exactly what it sounds like
Club hours: Each teacher tracks how much club hours they’ve done
Club budgets: Budgeting for clubs, simple enough
and Projects, where you set a goal for something and try to reach it, financially.
And that’s basically everything as of right now. Both apps are actually built and working and are set to go live once school starts in a few weeks (still not officially treasurer yet, that’s an August problem). Bugs happen, some embarrassing ones already got found and fixed, more are probably still hiding somewhere.
If anyone’s interested in building something similar for their own school, or just wants to poke holes in what I’ve got so far, hit me up — I’m not really looking for a co-builder since the apps already work, but I’d genuinely like to talk to anyone who’s gotten something in front of an actual school/institution before.
