worked on the tft rotation feature

• added 4 rotation modes like monitor orientation and connected the web app controls to the physical tft
• fixed the layout issues at 180 and 270 degrees so the icons and labels align properly
• fixed the web preview so it actually rotates with the selected orientation instead of looking the same and moved the rotate button below the background colour section to keep the ui clean

i was gonna work on the remaining 3 themes next but felt like this feature was more imp rn so worked on it first
