I am building NewMacroPad, a custom 9-key macropad with 2 rotary encoders using a Seeed XIAO RP2040. It has a custom 2-layer PCB designed in KiCad, a 3D printed case designed in Onshape, and KMK firmware for keyboard shortcuts, media controls, layers, and encoder actions.
