I finished all the enclosures/attachments. I’m still adamant about using the 3.7v Lithium polymer battery because using 2 Li-ion 18650 batteries would cause the glasses to tip heavily (I’ve tried it). So to compensate for the low voltage I’ll be using a DC-DC boost converter to boost the voltage to 5v, then connecting the output to the esp32-cam for stable voltage. This prevents the need of using the heavy 18650 batteries and I don’t need to buy new ones. I also added an opening and bump where the camera can attach to.
I’ll be sending the enclosure stl files to my 3d printer and seeing how they’ll fit to the glasses and components. If the esp32-cam doesn’t fit, I’m thinking of simply clipping it to the front of the glasses.
