Came back after some time and implemented the first pass for a notification system!

It can also open the app that the notification came from.
Still have to figure out a style for it and a method to dismiss.

I made a webOS

It has dragabble windows with auto z-index values
Panels like gnome
And animations! 🙂

I want to continue to add more apps, maybe a notification system and a configuration screen for themes or wallpapers (settings app)
Aside from that I’d love to hear your feedback and improve from it

It took a while to get here but I am still learning along the way.
