new features:

• no more bugs(fixed all + added some safety)
  -app icon
  -draggable app
  -auto welcome window closure
  -new to-do list app(in the works)

goals:

• properly link github
  -create user-friendly app interface
  -create an “app dock” + new apps
  -make functions????!!
