Update of unique_words()

Ho aggiornato la funzione unique_words() nonostante fosse già stata riscritta da me diversi aggiornamenti fa, ora il codice è più leggibile e devo solo ultimare gli ultimi ritocchi per la gestione del parametro text che funziona solo se il parametro text è su True ma per il resto la funzione non dà problemi ed è completamente funzionante./I’ve updated the function unique_words() even if I’ve already rewrite some update ago but now the function is more readable and I’ve only to ultimate some thingh to improve the text parameter that at the moment works only if ord is on True.
