nothing much changed, again

What changed?

• lots of internal code structure, some logic bugs & stuff
• Added docker support for hosting a relay!
• Improved the website and prepared for a beta release (not published yet, will do)
• More .md docs to explain everything!

but more importantly (the only visual changes lol)

• terminal user interface for the relay! --tui
• new home for the app! (with stats)
