final devlog before ship!!

i mostly just worked on refining the build process and bug fixing, which is why im not going over each change individually. the UI/UX could be improved, but its good enough for the initial ship.

all that’s left:

• re-build the new binaries and release
• release the windows binaries
• ship!!!
