Fixed Wiring schematic and Updated readme.md and BOM

• Fixed the outdated wiring schematic with some of the new parts and replaced the non-specific ones with specific parts
• Simplified and cleaned up the README.md
• Fixed the links in BOM.CSV to not be the incorrect copied hyperlinks from the google sheet
• Added a BOM.MD with clickable links
