Webhooks

lemme hook yo ahhh
so i implemented webhooks, 3 types:

generic - your site
discord
slack app

now it can send webhooks upon detection
it also masks the webhook URI on Ui, its also gonna show a list of paste webhook fires

uhh so one problem is that on slack detection id like #1 makes it a channel reference, idk how to fix that, i DONT want to have space like “# 1”, i tried \ but it didnt work on slack, so its a todo for now
