A Fully Functional Pacman Game with moving Ghosts and Pacman. This is my first project and a fully functional game of Pacman made from a tutorial. I might eventually add a feature of scared ghosts and more levels as I advance in coding but as of right now, I will keep this as a main final but later I will iterate off of this project.
