CatOS Devlog 2

1. Added a tooltip on the login page that tells you that you don’t need the username & password, and if you just start typing it will autofill

2. Added main landing page once you login

3. Added a background image to the landing page (I forgot about the background-image property so it took me a second, I got it eventually)

4. Added a welcome window (and did the css better than in the login screen, it still took a lot of finagling though)

5. Made the welcome window not able to be dragged off screen and not highlight text when you dragged it

6. Added the top bar and all that (I spent a while messing with how exactly it looks but I like it now)
