I didn’t have an apple developer account when making this project, so rather than using TestFlight, I had to make an alternative. I set up GitHub Actions to build the app straight from the repo, zip it up, and attach it to a GitHub release automatically every time I push a version tag. Anyone can download that zip, drag it into their own Simulator, and run the real app in a couple minutes.
