While I’m waiting for my initial ship to be certified, I wanted to share what I’ve been doing with Slack Assistant since then!
Slack Assistant is now publicly distributed on Slack, meaning any workspace (not just Hack Club) can install it and use it! The bot isn’t in a good enough state that I believe I can push for it to be on the Slack Marketplace yet, but it’s good enough for now and I’m proud of it :)

A few days I started work on Bullet Box (stylized BULLETBOX), a YSWS where you ship a Undertale-style attack using Create Your Frisk.
The unique bit about Bullet Box is that you don’t get a prize for finishing it (except maybe stickers). Your attack is put into a compilation battle for anyone on the internet to play!
Right now, I’ve started work on the website and making it look like Undertale dialogue. My plan is to add an example image of what the final finished battle will look like to the side, as well as a button to RSVP/submit!
Right now, you can RSVP to Bullet Box here: https://rsvp.hackclub.community/bulletbox

You can now talk to Home Assistant, and it’ll do stuff! You can also ask it to toggle stuff on and off just like the actual Assist helper can, although as per the second screenshot I don’t think it’s a wise time for me to test that out…
Last thing to add is the slash command and it should hopefully be ready for public usage :D

You can interact with the bot on the Slack sidebar! It automatically checks in the database whether you have it setup.
Currently you can’t access the App Home to actually set it up to talk to your Home Assistant, but it shall be there soon(tm)
