crazy… just coded more than 270 line css file by myself 😭 rewrote css from scratch, tested everything… 2+ hours of css within a day in one project. i know some things such as the AI assistant does not have the same look as before, but this time it’s all mine.

MO OS is finally ready dude …… in this last part i added a proper music system with around 5–6 short songs that you can listen to while working …… also made a cool lock screen with the time date and a random fun fact so it feels more like an actual OS and not just a website …… fixed some final stuff tested everything and cleaned things up …… and thats basically it :: MO OS is ready now you can shut down sleep and come back later …… gg we made an OS

today i mainly worked on the full home pageafter making the nav i realised basically all the other links were dead so i cant just redesign the home page and leave it there 😭 i will have to design and develop all the other pages tooi started building the full index.html and worked section by section on the hero books about section and other homepage contenti also focused on making everything match the new fonts colors and notebook style instead of looking like the old sitethe homepage took a lot of time because i was not just changing text i was actually rebuilding the layout and making the sections work togethernext i will start working on the other pages from the nav and figure out the shop and writing school properlyi used ai for some coding help ideas and fixing small problems but most of the page structure and design decisions were mine

started the redesign of a childrens author to make my skills better ..1st step was checking the old website and planning how i can make it look more modern and fit the author better……i created the new color theme and tried a notebook style background which was probably the hardest part to get looking right, i also worked on the new nav menu and a nic looking footer …..later i will use the authors existing content and redesign the pages around it then work on the homepage shop and writing schooli used ai for some ideas and css help but the design decisions and actual direction were mine

I made this portfolio when I was still learning web development, so this project is pretty different from what I build now. I wanted to make a simple personal site that could introduce me and show the projects I had actually built, without using a big framework or a ready-made portfolio template. I built it with HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript and kept the design intentionally simple. One of the fun parts was adding the animated car scene at the bottom of the page, which gave the otherwise simple portfolio something memorable. As I learned more, I also added responsive behavior, mobile navigation, SEO and social meta tags, reduced-motion support and lazy loading for the animation. Looking back at it now, I can see how much I’ve learned since building it, but I still like that this project represents an early point in my journey where I was focused on learning by actually building and shipping something.

Since my first devlog, mo os is starting to feel much more like an actual operating system. I added a proper sign-in screen with a forgot password option, along with sleep, restart, and shutdown controls. I also added the browser and a gps app, and I’m currently working on a music app. The current version already has a basic list of songs that can actually be played, and I’m working on improving the player and adding more. I used ai to help me figure out how to embed songs and get the music feature working, but I’m building and testing the actual feature inside mo os. It’s pretty cool seeing this go from a basic html page to something that actually feels like a small operating system. Still a lot to add, but it’s getting there.

i started making mo os as a browser os i could actually usenow it has a desktop apps windows a file manager and stuff like changing the wallpaperi also made a notes app a browser with some built in searches and a terminal with its own commandsim trying to make it feel like a real os and not just a website that looks like oneits still not finished but theres a lot more i wanna add
