I am creating an alarm clock to wake me up in the morning.
I'm designing a 3D printed supercar right in my web browser using Onshape. I'm working as a mechanical engineer, designing a physical vehicle frame from scratch. In my final model I'm going to have a sleek aerodynamic chassis with curved wheel wells and a racing spoiler. Separate high tech wheel rims with custom tire treads and a detailed interior cockpit with sports seats and a steering wheel. And then, at the end of the project, I will take all these separate parts and bring them into Onshape’s assembly room and use dynamic joints to connect them all together to make a fully interactive 3D vehicle where the wheels actually spin.
OrbitalShield – I am going to build a 2D interactive space debris radar application using Python and VS Code. The app will contain a dark-mode graphical tracking canvas, with a central model for Earth surrounded by neon altitude grid rings mapping out Low Earth Orbit (LEO) and Geostationary Orbit (GEO) zones.
