Time for something new! I had this idea since I started godot while making the best minigame game ever (true to title :3) so I’m doing it now!~ I started off with this ominous little safe that took me much longer than I expected to make and also a bunch of artwork!~ (like 30 different drawings :p) hopefully the rest of the parts would be smooth sailing and I can finally make the game of my dreams (literally! Hehe~)

Imagine a bot that listens to your ramblings and converts it into a tasks that is placed in a virtual todo lists. That’s what I wanted to make!!!~ And I think it turned out well! For being the first time making a telegram bot, as well as interacting with AI APIs. I honestly think it’s really really REALLY cool! And of course, placing AI management under my “things I can do” belt. Hehehe~ <3

Running Running! I finally got it to run on nest!!!! WOOOO, Yeyyyy. I was reading the slack bot tutorial for so longggg and I was regretting not writing this in js ;-;. I had to do a bit of search to find that I need to make something called a virtual environment and after that, it wasn’t as bad! Now it can run for eternity! Muahahahaha (or until my nest expires :p)

Hello! I realized something when I posted this morning and that was that I didn’t had a way to figure out if a task is expiring or not (oh no!) So I added this recheck feature that will handle that and the best part is that the code I used (which is to find the time remaining between the due date and today) can be reused in the future!!! (Yeyyyyy) Okie that’s all, buh bai!~

Hai Hai! So I’ve added a little bit more UI (hooray!) And now you can see the tasks you’ve added into the bot, there’s a few bit of clunkiness in it but hopefully I can iron it out soon!~

now to make it sound cooler….

A little early but I just really want to show this!~ I added the bot into telegram!!!! Anyways, It’s barebones rn(actually I don’t think this is even considered working yet ;-;) but I can text to it and it replies!! I count that as a win!~

Here we go! My first AI orientated project!~ Anyways I wanted to do this cuz I always wanted to make a todo list but never wanted to actually sort and write it. I kinda want to just, dump sentences in and let someone else sort it ykyk (please tell me you know ;-;). I started this project with gemini’s free api but it only allowed for like 20 responses a day, which I think is quite little, so I did some research and found groq (not to be mistaken with grok ;-;) and used theirs instead combined with open ai’s model and I think this is a pretty good start!~ now to figure out what kind of bot I want it to be….. (prob slack bot but still….)

Woah! I’m back! It’s been a while!~ I had so many new ideas for this game but I think the first think I wanna change is the timer, it’s weird that it’s a text instead of a visual cue so I changed it!

I probably have to change it again someday but for now, it’s looking pretty cool!~

A lil addition to the top of the model (All thanks to Christopher Lum to yt, he’s actually the best!~ his yt video that I followed) another thing is that the code for the alarm system is finished!~ Yey, I did hear that I can use Wokwi for testing but I let it run for like 2 hours and it was still compiling, so I don’t really know what’s happening there ;-;. I’m thinking of asking gemini or claude to just have a look at my code and ask them for logic errors if I’m unsure it’ll work and of course asking in the slack community!~ That’s all~ See ya!~ <3

This is taking an insane toll ;-; but I should (SHOULD) have the timer and setting up part of this clock finished! (yeyyyy) now all that’s left is to add the alarm system and the other stuffs i wanna place in it (phew)

Man, it’s weird coding in arduino without having the physical product to run the code and test it. Anyways I should(I have no idea if it works -~-) have added a clock design that first ask you on the size you want it to be then also edit the current time so it’s accurate. (keyword should ;-;)

Mr lies!~ Is a detective game where you get customers, find keywords, decrypt codes and earn money and reputation. It was a game I wanted to make since I saw the game Welcome to the game 3 (Great name honestly). Honestly, starting a godot project from scratch for the first time is so jarring. I didn’t know what is what and, truth be told, I actually rewrote my script a few times because of the endless bugs within the game </3. Now does the game still have bugs? I have no clue, when I playtested it, it was fine but I can only damage my own game so much. But once again, It was really fun trying to make this in Godot instead of my usual unity, maybe I’ll make more Godot games in the future when I have the idea~ <3

Decipherers assemble! Today I added decipherers, alternative decipherers that are cheaper than the mentor but has a chance to mess up the decipher and give you the wrong code! Also added time so that you’ll always be on the clock and actually have a way to lose now with everyday needing 100 dollars of rent to stay afloat~ I honestly love this game now! I think it’s pretty good and helped me in learning more in godot!~ (oh and there’s like 5 quests you can do now <3 )

Decipheringggggg!~ and to make sure that it make sense that you can do something like that, I also added a mentor that will help you identify what certain keywords are gonna be used for. Also, to fit with the theme of “trust no one” for the game jam, my idea is to have multiple decipherers that has different prices and different reputation and the reputation of a decipherer affects the accuracy of their code. For now the code do nothing except for eating your money but hopefully in the future, it can be used for gameplay!~~

Finally! Some content!~ The first mission has been added~ honestly, It was really fun adding the random content in the web search so I might just do it all by myself for now. On another note, I changed the UI on the media post to match it to how a media site should look like (prob should have done this from the start….whoops~) and of course added a bunch of random data into every single character added in, I’m planning on adding a deciphering site next and also(just a lil sneak peak~) I already implemented money and reputation, however, it’s just variables but it’s there!!! just….just you can’t see it…… BUT IT’S THERE I PROMISE…..

…..

also today’s my birthday, can you guys wish me a happy bday ;-;

It’s time for another game!~ I’ve been obsessed with welcome to the game 3 and I thought, it shouldn’t be that hard to make (granted I only watch 8bit ryan’s playthrough of it but I still like the game >:( )

I started off by making the computer, along with it 3 apps, an email, a chatapp and a web search to find all the clues (Ooooo). And sigh, I think implementing the informations into the web search might be the hardest part (Fair warning, I might use AI to add obsolete data and all that so that the web search looks more flesh out and all that, don’t worry I’ll be proofreading all of it </3). The email and chatapp were simple enough (I’ve made those kind of things way back when I was using unity so I have a decent understanding on how to implement it). Right now, I wanna add the first quest which is, drumroll

Finding a person’s mother’s birthday! It’s definitely a step down from the quests you need to do in Welcome to the game but it’s gonna be different in terms of how’s it’s played (trust me~)

I made a website where you control a lil fella to find out who I am and what I have done~ (ok it’s not actually that epic). It’s a personal website and all the websites I’ve seen online have their own flare to it (I’ve seen one where they made it a window for each item and I thought that look so cool and another one had it all in an 80s style popup with even the mouse being customized!!!) so I wanted mine to be the same. That’s when I decided to make it feel like it’s a game to fit with the fact that I’m primary a game programmer I think the end product turned out great and would be my proudest website to date!~

My! Very! Own! Website!~ I really want my website to have that specialty in it that I always see in personal websites, so I decided to make it more like a game. You control a simple character in a canvas and there’s options you can choose to interact with like my projects or about me! (It would be kewl if you guys wanna learn more about me :3). Well I did had to use AI to learn how to use the canvas but honestly I think it was worth it. <3

The Most Epic Minigame Game Ever!!! Is a project I been wanting to make for ages, a frenzy minigame where time and control is against you and the only person you can blame is truly yourself. I want this game to not just be a really good game to play and beat your own high score but to also incorporate a story that can be understood even with the almost to none language said. Overall, I really enjoyed making this game! And I can now finally said I use BOTH Unity and Godot game engine!~
