This was my first project, a blinking LED, and from it I learned the basic principles of wiring, using and sending signals through different pins on my MC, and balancing voltage using resistors in my design.
I made a Traffic Light with 3 LEDS, where if you remove 1 led the other 2 would still be functioning. I found it difficult to gather the parts, correctly wire the jumper cables from my MC to my solderless breadboard, I am proud of how it work successfully, and I want people to know they should get pretty long jumer cables as small ones are pretty insufficient, and also get different color jumper cables if possible. Oh yeah and also to correctly place the leds so it works properlly, and also you can technically cut down on size by cutting down on the space a resistor takes but the CAD model will show otherwise.
