MK2 Cyberdeck panel. I re-model MK1 to have a better fit for all of the components and rearranged them a bit however the Cyberdeck is looking empty and boring I am thinking of adding switches or possibly another screen but can think of what they will do, my plan is by the next model to decide what the theme should be by making some kind of mood board and then add things accordingly if you have any ideas please let me know in the comments.

2 updates to the project, I 3d printed the MK1 top piece with varying success and modelled the MK1 base panel. after ages of waiting for the 3d printer I rent to be free I printed it, it fits the case and the components well (although the screen hole was a lot bigger than it needed to be) however I encountered 2 major errors 1. the dowels I used to connect the two half’s were to big and made gaps in the model, and 2. I may or may not have forgotten to turn supports on witched caused the model to sag a bit but it turned out ok in the end. Next I plan on printing the base panel and re-modelling the top panel.

MK1 the first test design for the top panel of my cyber deck very early design and will be subject to change. one problem I’m facing is the 3d printer that is available to me (its not mine its kinda like a rental) is to small to fit the whole panel so I will have to print it in separate parts and figure out a way to connect them.
