The CAD work for my AirPad is finally finished..It took a very long time, perhaps because it was my first time doing it…Maybe it’s because my computer only has 8GB of RAM…It seems like it took longer because I had to briefly adjust the PCB during production, as it looked like it might exceed the PCB standards.
Anyway…no that the CAD and PCB are done, I plan to finish the firmware later, organize my github, and then submit it.

I created WEBBIN, a space for collecting strange, useful, personal, and even unnecessary websites.

I created it because I enjoy finding websites randomly on internet, but often end up forgetting or losing them later.

Features include the ability for users to add websites and categories, search collections, and filter sites by category.
The most challenging parts were the backend and security.

While testing the site via the browser console, I discovered that the site state could be changed via the public API without logging in with an administrator account.

So, I separated the public API and administrator API paths and blocked PATCH and DELETE requests on the public endpoint. After making these changes, testing the same requests again resulted in a 405 Method Not Allowed error, demonstrating that the security issue was resolved.

Although this project started with a very simple website idea, I am proud to have learned about databases, APIs, authentication, environment variables, deployment, and basic web security as a result.

To test it out, add a websites or category and try using the search and category filtering features.

I have finished the UI so far, and I plan to start working on the JaveScript in earnest next. well….the name is WEBBIN.(If you have better name ..please leave a comment…thanks

My Web OS Overhaul

The Web OS I made before seemed to use too much AI…….so I scrapped it and rebuilt it…..It it called RetroDesk 97 Koread Edition……

Well…even though I live in Canada, since I am Korean…. So..I created this by capturing the style of Korea’s old-style OS while incorporating real-world backgrounds…Even though I completelyrevamped the whole thing..It holds great significance since I made it without using AI. I did have to do some studying, though…but so what? Anyway, I think it turned out to be a satisfactory Web OS

I made NMB(a.k.a. No Meaning Button), a global button with no real purpose. Every click increases a shared counter and triggers random visual effects.

I originally used Firebase, but switched to Supabase during development. The most challenging part was rebuilding the global counter and real-time synchronization. I’m pround that the final project stayed simple but fun.

To test it, just press the button. There is no goal or reward. That’s the point.
