This project was made 100% human! Ketchupware, a game where you're mayonnaise and you try to save your ketchup packets to use on fries and tater tots. Make it to level 8, you survive. Lose 3 ketchup packets, you lose the game. I used 100% Grodot features in this project.
The hardest part was 100% the debugging. I had to debug everything where the tutorial was lowkey difficult and confusing for me.
The proudest part of this challenge was making and learning how Godot works. The Nodes were really confusing and at the end, making everything really made me happy.
People should know this was really bare-mininum, just completing all the tasks to shipping

Last devpost!! I have finally finished. I have finished the transition in making the scenes go into the level_scenes to check the amount of lives you have (changed it to 3), deleted the settings from menu, finished the clicker level, and have made both endings that go into the menu when you click the button. I have finished all requirement mininums and ready to submit

devpost 3: I spent time finishing up the first mini_game and added the ketchups for you to collect. I took a really long time to debug and fix issues with the scripts time.
Next devpost I’ll probably finish the clicker game or add more details!

Devpost 2, I think I’ve decided here by ending the day by finishing majority of the first minigame, levels scene, and main menu. I’ve made the quit button, made the levels scene actually work and transition into the first mini_game, and did the obby and character for the first mini_game. I’ve been hoping to finish this small project by two days, where my goal by the end of tomorrow is hopefully adding in the settings, make the health decease work, finish the first mini game, and hopefully finish the third minigame? During this project I have school and Robotics so the work I’ll be doing here will probably be less dedicated and more rushed!

here are the first developments of the game I’m making. I’ve just made the start and quit button work and trying to recreate the tutorial’s first minigame where you have to click five buttons to pass the next stage. Next devpost I’ll try to make big progress

I made a custom front-page tab by adding in a weather API. The features in this is how there is a search bar, ketchup ad with a link on it, temperature of a city and the description, white, light gray, and gray depending on weather, and lastly the background that can change depending on the description. For example, if it is a cloudy night / night, it will set to the Window XP wallpaper night. There are multiple versions of the Window XP for different weathers.
I got inspiration from my friend's Slack Bot where they added the weather API to tell description weather, and different cities. I decided to just do one city, different changing wallpapers coorelating to the description.
This challenge wasn't too difficult as I worked on CSS, JS, and HTML on my WebOS and Slack Bot. The most difficult part was where I had to work on integrating the code into Github and having to debug and polish code. I had to rely on AI at the end where I couldn't debug the API in and had to fix HTML and JS codes.
To use this, just go into my Github and go through the link where Github supplied me a custom "domain"
This was a pretty nice project overall as I had to research and learn more off about JS. Integrating API was the hardest and best thing to overcome and then finish.

Last devlog. The big change I made was that I changed the Windows XP background depending on the description of the weather. for example, cloudy night / night would give the night wallpaper and would turn the tabs into a darker gray!
I updated my github constantly changing my js because there was a bunch of switching and debugging and resorting to ai for help.

big update, I added background, 3 bodies where the temperature and detail at the top, middle is some a ketchup ad, and the bottom is the search bar. I got inspiration from Google’s regular home tab and decided a classic wallpaper as the XP windows.

Next devpost I’ll try to integrate different backgrounds depending on the weather and other details!

I wanted to start with showing my idea. The first part I added was the temperature and some cool message. It took me some time to set up and started on HTML, CSS, and JS.
Next devpost I’ll try to make a hometab and create this as a widget

Devlog 4
Worked on CAD primarily and fixed the model of the PCB
The design was based on the case of a calculator. I also added some words and I’m deciding to ship for funding before I start working on code and backend of the macropad

Update devpost 3, worked on 3D PCB and started cadding out

Cad: Inserted my current PCB in, added keycaps in, created a top case to layer the key switches, and created an idea for my rotary encoder knob
Need to fix: the knob’s texture, the PCB’s key switch
Making: The entire case

PCB: Downloaded models from Gracad and inserted all my components into the PCB.
Need to fix: The model of the keyswitches as there’s two legs sticking into my PCB and my LEDs
Making: Nothing, it’s finished

Second devpost here I spent 2 hours replacing all my LED’s and retraced everything in my PCB
After fixing up my PCB’s tracing I drew filled zones and made a better 3D viewer

I made a dictionary slack app that has 3 functions. Definitions using command, examples are using definitions command, and help command to show all commands.
Something that was extremely challenging was adding in the dictionary API and then the GROQ after and had to use ai at the end to help me set up the yes button, polishing my work to be readable, and just small debugging issues like mistypes.
I'm really proud of how everything went from learning commands and learning APIs, it's pretty much my first passion project.
The setup is pretty annoying and I've tried to explain it as simple as I could in Github when I published it.

Hi this is my first devpost and includes the schematics, PCB, and 3d viewing of my first potential microcontroller!
This was a super annoying challenge as I tried to get 11 switches and 1 Rotary Encoder’s tracing to be clean. 2 hours in and I figure out how the switches, LEDS, and diodes were mixed so it took me a while to figure out organizing all the wiring.
PLEASE if you have the time review over my PCB and I have no idea if I had made a mistake or a risk with wirings.

The idea for my WebOS challenge was just to make a simple Web with the theme around ketchup. There are features of a working clock. draggable, closing, minimizing, and deleting windows. Settings app icon and when you open it you can choose between two backgrounds. To-do list where you can write notes and delete them. Notes app where you can write anything you want.
The most challenging part was 100% the back-end of learning how to make apps work. I had to use AI to help make that work and polish the code at the end.

another devpost! recently from feedback I’ve decided to make a few changes around by turning the to-do list into another app.
Another was to make the app icons more appealing
I changed some visuals on the To-do in styles.cs
Added some small details as I changed coloring of the to-do app and added more emojis
Only used ai to polish everything for final code

I made a webOS of a theme around ketchup. The most difficult part of this entire challenge was just making the Demo URL. I had to AI this entire part because I didn't understand how to make them. I went through a long process of debugging images and other problems. There's not that many different features, just regular ones.
