A random fact generator represented by a capybara. It comes up with a new fact every time you click it, and it was just a project that I made for fun!

A fun little fact generator inspired by my love of astronomy, teaching, and capybaras! There are currently 25 facts in circulation, and the capybara gives you a new fact each time you click on it!

Building this capybara was so fun!
I first came up with this idea when one of my summer programs introduced us to portfolio making and Lovable. What’s better than combining my favorite animal with my interest of astronomy and making it into something usedful? But of course having Lovable write the code was no fun. Anyone can do that! Therefore, I decided to make a little fact machine myself.
Throughout the process, I got to get a refresh on some of my HTML and CSS skills that I first learned 2 years ago, learn a bit of basic JavaScript and animation, and make this amazing project that I’m super proud of!
So all in all, this was really rewarding and I hope to continue adding more facts, and creating, in the future!
