Catch-up devlog for Regatta, my macOS app for running several AI coding agents at once. My time tracker recorded this work under the feature folders, so the log reads like a changelog of the safety rails: three rounds of hardening for Heats (heats-safety, then heats-safety-3), Checkpoints safety, the Flows engine, the Night watch engine, Broadcast (one prompt to many panes), plus the preview pane, worktrees support and the tour projects. The features that touch your repository are the ones that got the most care - Regatta opens the agent CLIs you already have and tries very hard not to lose your work. Repo is linked; MIT, Electron.
