Catch-up devlog for wasitme (working title BowlPrep, the folder name my time tracker recorded). wasitme answers ‘was it me, or the model?’: it reads your Claude Code and Codex session logs on your Mac and builds a timeline of what changed on your side (model, effort, instruction files, MCP servers, skills) and on the agent’s side (version updates, which model was served), compares your recent weeks with the weeks before, and says which side your numbers moved with - or ‘too early to tell’. This window: shipped the 0.1.1 release through CI, the 37-second film (the question spelled in tool-error ticks), and the website and film tools. Repo and live site are linked on the project.
