The Blog Bench is a full-stack, production-ready publishing platform built with Go (Gin) and React (Tailwind CSS). It goes beyond basic CRUD to deliver a complete social writing experience—featuring JWT auth with OTP email verification, threaded nested comments, @mentions, real-time engagement (likes, bookmarks, view tracking), and a weighted trending algorithm.

It includes robust admin moderation tools (reporting queue, user bans, soft deletes), Redis caching and rate-limiting, and an automated SMTP notification system. The entire architecture is fully containerized with Docker and deployed behind an Nginx reverse proxy on a Linux VM.

i made a site name The Blog Bench here user can post their blogs and read other blogs and tag some user which get notified. and report the blog if it is not good and view post based on tag categories and can get the trending blogs . you can i write a blog in a good rich text editor

the challenging part is the deployement part because it is a fullstack project . i new to use docker docker compose so i learned it and deployed after struggling and connecting the client,server,database everything felt difficult
