TODAY I realize that my family members are always forgot to turn off the lights so i decided to make this automatic by using a HC-SR501 sensor module , transistor and relay and some other components so at first i started to drawing the sch today later when i done the sch work i started making the pcb today I didn’t connect the wires.after done the sch draw I select all the footprint and then desgning the pcb for the requarment size for all components and then i make some holes for mounting the pcb and connect all the components.
today i realize that in my project some major defect are present like the live wire are extremely thin and also i put the live wire under the relay also i doesn’t give any space be twin tne relay and power supply so i completely redesign the pcb also i create a repo on github.in today my pcb was looking quite simple so i add some graphics on it and later export the Gerber files after finishing the pcb i started making a zine poster for my project today i finally complete upload some necessary files on repo later i also upload the Gerber file on jlc pcb
