I’m building my personal site with a game launcher-inspired UI. 🎮 Think of the kind of interface you’d see when opening a modern game launcher - clean panels, game-style cards, stats, activity, and a polished HUD-inspired layout. I want to bring that visual language into a developer portfolio without making the site feel like an actual game.
I built my own personal website. Honestly, the most challenging part for me was to settle on theme and design of the website, I had so many options but they looked so generic. Then I stumbled upon this comic/graphic kind of visual. But things did not get easier here, even then I had a lot of design choices and I still plan on experimenting with the colors, layout, etc. One thing that I am proud of is that I built this whole thing almost by myself and had a fun time experimenting with html and css. I used AI to get references for the design and to narrow down what I actually want, basically brainstorming and also only around 10% of the code was done by AI which was mostly css. Its a pretty simple website, I don’t think there is something people should know before hand to test it. At last I wanna say, I had a great time building this and I hope you like it!😁

I have completed building the rest o the site. Now I am just brainstorming as to what I can fill in those empty spaces. It would probably be something related to my interests, I guess. Let’s see where I end up.

I am building my personal website. I am going toward a comic styled site. So far I have completed the top half of the site. I do plan on filling the empty space on the sides. I am thinking of adding some comic artworks there that would go well with the site, if not then I would just expand the section I have made.
