Accountancy subject is a headache for 11th and 12th grade commerce students due to the way the textbooks teach it but my accountancy engine will help commerce students visualize the the accounting process like never before by showing how each transaction affects several interconnected ledger accounts, journal entries, balance sheets and more.
So this is how my project looks so far. It just takes the entry from the user of a transaction and the ledger accounts of related to that appear below. This project is suppose to take my web dev skills to another level but so far most of this AI assisted cuz i couldn’t figure out things on my own. But i think this might just make it harder for me to add further functionality to this project on my own, so i am a bit confused here, if i should write everything from scratch or study what AI has written and write the further code on top of it. Either way ig i should make a simpler project alongside this one to improve my coding skills or else this project is as good as dead fr.
