My nest account is not yet approved, so I hosted in on another PC.Now it is live

Added functionality of password check, now we can check the strength of the password using hackbot-passcheck

Added the command to get a vulnerability . Now we can get a live vulnerability from hackerbot-vuln

Added the joke command, now /hackerbot-joke gives a random joke

I completed the tutorial and am now waiting for the approval of the Nest account. Added basic commands from the tutorial like ping, catfact and help
