ok so this project is basically finished lol. started it cuz i wanted a new tab page that actually does something instead of just being a blank screen. ended up with a big clock, google search w autocomplete, custom shortcuts, a todo list, and NASA’s astronomy pic of the day (that part’s actually kinda cool ngl). also threw in a little achievements thing bc why not.
built with React + TypeScript, kept the UI dark and minimal cuz that’s just what looks good imo. nothing crazy fancy, just something I’ll genuinely use every day when I open a new tab.
not gonna lie some parts were annoying to debug (looking at u NASA API) but it works now and I’m happy with it. calling this one wrapped
