So basically I somehow translated the library that I’ve got from the e-ink display manufacturer to work with my Xiao and now I know how to add images to the code. Did some pixel art and I’m pretty happy with it! I changed that fight scene with Sans (that you can see on the last photo) to a turret from Portal (with animations, see the second image!). I think I’ll make some more animations for that place in the future, but right now I want to make the display show current time when I press the side button (or maybe make it show the time when BMA400 senses a gesture? Idk).
Overall I’m really happy with how it’s going! Oh wait, I forgot I have to design a PCB… Noooo, my money ;-;
Nahh, just joking, I think it’s worth my time and money, because with this I actually own my watch and it’s like fully mine!
Improved the case, now it’s not as thick as before and the walls are a bit thinner. Also I think that these colours look way better, way less “childish”
Also why the heck haven’t I bought any electronics yet but am designing a case? I hope that the display I choose has the correct dimensions on the listing xD
Modeled my first prototype of the case for my smartwatch! To the 3D printer it goes! :D
