i have some unfortunate news
when i finished the rc plane, and began testing, i discovered that the reciever and the servos for the ailerons wernt doing what i wanted them to. at first i thought it was a problem with current, but later i remembered hat the last plane that that reciever was in actually crashed, which mustve sent some voltage back into the reciever, damaging it. i have ordered a new reciever, but replacing all of the wires will not be easy. stay tuned for that.
today, i finished the boyd and wings, and fusilage of my rc plane! it took about 5 hours, i attatched the electronics, as i speak i am charging the battery for testing tomorrow! you may be able to see, it has no propellor right now. i am ordering it offve aliexpress, it will come early september! stay tuned for the maiden flight!
today i started work on the fusilage of the plane, and the wings. i spent 2 hours putting together with hot gpue, and wing reinforcement stolen from my old kite, a long fiberglass tube. i hope to continue later today and attatch the wings and servos! i am still waiting on propellors and surface control plastics to arrive offve aliexpress!
