CAD and PCB update!

I finished basic cad of the case. Looks pretty good for like 2 hrs of inexperienced CADing ngl.

Turns out i used the wrong footprint for the LED’s so i changed them to another wrong footprint and then changed it to the correct one.

Also I changed silkscreen art to better reflect “hop off your computer bro”

CAD update:

I started .
I imported everything into fusion and started cadding the bottom part of the case. The difficult part was making the cuttout for the screen. I drew a sketch of the outline of the screen, exported it as a dxf and used that dxf to make the rest of the case.

PCB done!

This is very late news since I actually finished this 5 days ago, I just haven’t posted a devlog for it yet. I routed all traces on the PCB and made some silkscreen art. This was really easy because of my hackpad(im still waiting on 3d print for it). I plan to start CAD -ing everything today!

I decided ill use up those LEDs from my hackpad kit since I didnt use them. They will illuminate the switches when the alarm goes off(if all goes to plan).
Getting the boxes legit took me 10 minutes cuz I forgot everthing after making the gooberpad. This is gonna be all worth it(i hope)
