(Days 1-3) Devlog #1

I thought up this project randomly one day because I remembered me and my friends make a lot of random Minecraft servers, with modpacks and such, and we always need someone that knows how to make and handle them: some can’t host, and those who have the hardware to sometimes just don’t know how! So, I started making this TUI app to fix that issue!

I also took this opportunity to experiment with Python & Textual, the UI library I’m using for this project. So far I’ve got server creation working (with version picking pulled live from the Mojang API, so it’s always up to date), starting a server, deleting it, wiping the world, and editing server.properties right from a popup instead of hand-editing a text file. Destructive stuff like deleting a server or its world asks you to confirm first with a change of text saying “You sure?” before pressing enter again to fully confirm your action, so a stray keypress can’t atomize anything by accident

and i think thats all i got for now next thing i do will probably be rewriting this and implement the missing stuff
