Devlog 3 - Smart Bin

• got some feedback from the hardware reviewer
• said that my costs were too high and that I should switch to AliExpress and other sources for cheaper things
• looked into AliExpress and digikey for cheaper sources
• delivery fees are really high, so I swapped only the things that were free delievery
• cut down around 80 dollars from the BOM
