KabadMandu connects households with scrap collectors for doorstep pickups and turns every verified transaction into proof of income collectors can use to access microfinance.
Spent this session mostly on auth and getting Supabase properly wired up so households and collectors can actually sign up and log into their dashboards without stuff breaking. Also got the bilingual EN/NE toggle working, so now the whole app switches languages instantly, no reload needed.
Used Antigravity to help build most of the app, but I went in and made a bunch of custom edits myself too, especially the trust tier logic for income verification, and reworking the UI so it feels more minimal instead of being cluttered with badges and pills everywhere.
Next Iβm gonna polish the pickup booking flow and test the whole household β collector β admin loop from start to finish.
