I added JavaScript functionality to the Raizen OS welcome screen.
The boot sequence now loads system messages, animates the progress bar, enables the Start button when the system is ready, and supports pressing Enter to start.
The welcome screen is officially interactive now. ⚡

I transformed the basic HTML structure into a futuristic OS-style welcome screen with a tech grid, glowing UI, terminal panel, animations, and responsive design.
The foundation is starting to look like an actual OS now. 👀
