So I thought I would be almost done but after some considerations, I decided to apart from being to selfhost this, to also make this an actual website, which is why I now need to implement a lot of extra stuff like accounts and extra security measures. so It will still take a while.
The OCR I now fully done apart from a little but where the time just always shows 2h no matter when it was done. I also already did some of the parts for audio-to-text but That isn’t finished yet. I think after the AI stuff I only have to fix some minor bugs, write the README, and write my ship message and then i’ll be done.
The project is starting to take shape! I’m still working on the AI stuff and some of the other rough edges.
I’ve added timers, stopwatches, To-Dos, a Pomodoro timer, bookmarks, and different themes and profiles.
What I’m going to add next are the AI tools. It won’t be a chatbot, but rather audio-to-text and picture-to-text (OCR) tools, so you can then feed the output into a chatbot. I’m not trying to reinvent the wheel.
I’ve been coding a lot lately, but most of it has been backend work rather than frontend, so I don’t have much to show. Then I saw that apparently, if you code for more than 10 hours without a devlog, it doesn’t count toward your total time. So I guess here are some pictures of my code.
