jokes aside i just added strikethru support to the render_md func in my program, that yk, renders markdown, alongside some tweaks and a setting for whether the sidebar needs to be opened on launch

Tomorrow will be a big one: File Generation

I’ll just port it from my ‘Anything AI’ project, with tweaks to make it similar to claude’s ‘artefacts’ system (kinda), so you will get the option to view file, and the option to actually permanently download the generated file.

I have went out and made some mockups for the hackly UI in tkinter with sv_ttk, sadly none of these are functional and just displays static data from my testing with the app when, well… it wasn’t quite an app.

The following appened images show:

• The app, open
• The app, open, sidebar open with one chat
• The app, open, open chat, sidebar open
• The small bar above the prompt bar for showing attached files:)

again, these are NOT functional yet, im gna do that tomorrow

Started development, made a bunch of functions, namely:

• A function to get the response from AI
• A function to convert may different files to text ( so that non multimodal AIs can also read files
• A function for some welcome messages
• A function to save files for given content
• A function for some greeting messages
  ….etc etc etc (Im not gon list all of them)

ehh ok day, I just wanted a break from hyprtools.
