brand new asset! basic 2d platformer! and more changes below

these 2 hours were actually pretty fun

here are the changes

• obviously added the new basic 2d platformer asset (made it featured too)
• split godot 4 category into 2D godot 4 and 3D godot 4 this will allow things to be neater and easier to find stuff for users next time
• added a better way to distinguish featured projects when not in the home tab by adding a star and an orange glow. you will be able to tell if a project is featured by actually looking through the assets in the store instead of visiting the featured projects page

to do

• make a search thing probably
• make experience better for phones and weird screens like chromebooks, etc.
