Set up react + rough ideas.

Currently, it looks kinda AI since im learning react with the help of ai, but hopefully it will improve as it goes on.

The about page will just be me talking about myself, not to sure about that.
With the projects, I want to move my hack club journals over, and also have some of my other ones on there too. I think Im gonna make each specific blog a different page, since some of them will be formatted differently.

For the main page, I have an interesting idea of having my best projects be animated as I scroll down, e.g. a ball will shoot out from a robot, and scrolling will make it score, and some other stuff too.
