Starting the new version based on the reviews.
Now i am trying to make the name and the app match.
I got a design for a web dashboard a classic one from the internet and redisigned it using pen and paper to fit this project

  1. What i made?
  • I made Atomic Habitizer(I read the book Atomic Habits recently 😅).
  • A simple habit tracking dashboard that help users build consistency through daily tracking and streaks.
  • It includes weekly habit tracking, individual streaks for each habit, a maximum streak accross all habits, a dynamic progress ring, habit categories, quick presets, and local data storage.
  1. The Most challenging part
  • One of them was making the streak system.
  • The other was the Progress ring it was an html svg design i saw in reddit but never knew how it worked till i worked on JS.

  1. The version one which was my very first ship and was very simple and humble project. I got many suggestion from reviewers So Im proud that I reached here.

  2. For Testing,

  • You should add a few habits and click the days in the weekly tracker to mark them complete.
  • You can check whether the streaks and progress calculations are working.
  • Then You can try to edit and delete the habit which will show my cute custiom popovers
  • You can check the quick presets are working or not
  • Note that the progress ring is based on current day’s habit completion and number of habits

Pop ups and Presets are now perfected.
The preset are easy only pushing in-build objects into the array.
But the popups poped me they were tuff finally after some research i got the perfect custom popup logics for me
