Yet again made the roller look a bit more polished and made sure that it could be screwed onto the motor… …now I will work on the treads themselfs.
The rover tread rollers are coming along nicely (function wise that is, visually they look trash) and I have decided on a RPI Zero (2 with Wifi) for the on-board processing (Yay Debian) but here in Britain it is too late so I will only end up planning on doing a few more minutes but do a few more hours (watch the quality slowly deteriorate)
Okay, so yeah the last cad model was… …unfinished I spent the time just making it look less… …BAD ima not even sugar-coat it the last one was bad. As you can see I added Chamfers and ventilation (because 5v DC motors under low load famously need ventilation). Next I will work on the wheels and tank treads (TPU) then I will wire up the electronics and probably find out I need to order some new MOSFETS because of COUGHS previous endeavors that left all mine fried (PiHut here I come!) (note to self: cut the waffle):
Started Prototype1 CAD for the rover! (Dw it wont be this… …well… terrible forever)
