I basically tested the tires for any ballooning, and they did not dissapoint, (IDK what I was expecting from that hard of a plastic, after all, I used PLA to print it). I used my old plane’s fuselage as a testing rig, as it literally had everything I needed- A 1800kv motor to reach about 19000rpm, a rigid coroplast frame for me to hold on to the motor, a 2200mah battery, a 30w esc, and last but not the least a servo tester. I ran the wheel, at max throttle, and this is what I found-
1)The wheel design is really rigid laterally (wonderphul)
2)The wheel WILL NOT HOLD ON WITH HOT GLUE.
3)You also can’t forget to balance the wheel, as there are too many vibrations for my liking.
And yes, my dad did hold it when testing, as I couldn’t record and test at the same time.
