@Blxm i have a project manager/investor who pays for the majority of the ads. To get the 250 highly engaged players I think it cost ~70k robux. pumping yt vids doesn’t really work unless you already have a large existing fanbase. I still pay for the assets out of my own pocket, but only really because I have a lot of robux from previous successful games
@Blxm unfortunately yes. It is almost impossible to build something big in roblox as a beginner, but it definitely is possible. I’m a living example of it. I first started through learning scripting and then as I got good enough did commissions for some starting money. after doing those for awhile eventually I met my current project manager and we’ve been making games together since. and yes, you do need 250+ highly engaged 16+ players to unlock all ages since your game is locked behind parental approval if you don’t meet the requirement
also, i have a game called catch santa where you catch santa because he trespasses. I stopped making it after the new roblox restrictions. looking back, I really want to basically remake the whole thing because it’s broken, but i dont want to because I litterally have no players now. before that, I got one or two new players evey day
