Argo is a smart system created to help archaeologists. It’s the first of its kind to be able to digitalize archaeological fragments via scanning, create 3D models of the pieces and categorize them systematically, doing all of this quickly and on-site.

I’ve checked all the screws and bolts, for the BOM, though I found some mistakes due to the last minute changes that I made yesterday. Unfortunately I’ve already committed the laser cutter job :(

I’ve added the linear motor to the conveyor, I’ve also modified the nesting and the printable files to match the modification

I’m working on the nesting layout file. I’m gonna send it to my local fablab as soon as possible. I’ve also fixed some problems. Next steps are:
1)Create the 3d printing layout for every pieces,
2)Make a list of all the screws and bolts that I need (A LOT),
3) Buy everything and assemble it.

The structure of the Rover is ready!!
Next steps are:

  1. Adding a linear actuator at the end of the conveyor belt
  2. The scanning area
  3. The remote
  4. PCB’s
