I’m building ProjectPacket, a lightweight client asset collection tool for freelancers and small creative studios. Freelancers create a checklist of the logos, copy, photos, links, brand colors, files, and approvals they need, then send the client one simple upload link with no account required. ProjectPacket shows exactly what is missing, submitted, approved, or needs changes, replacing scattered email threads with one organized workflow.

I built ProjectPacket, a simple way for freelancers to collect files, text, links, brand colors, and approvals from clients without chasing everything through email.
The hardest part was keeping the freelancer dashboard and client upload page in sync while making the experience easy to use.
I also added secure packet links, optional passcodes and expiration dates, reusable templates, color previews, and review actions.
I’m proud that it now feels like a real product I could send to a client.
To test it, sign up, create a packet, and open the client link in another tab. Submit a file, some text, a link, or an approval. Then return to the packet dashboard and try approving it or requesting changes.

Hi! I’m working on ProjectPacket, a simple tool that helps freelancers collect everything they need from clients without chasing them through email. They can create a checklist for things like logos, copy, photos, links, brand colors, and approvals, then send the client one upload link. I’ve got the main flow working now, including creating packets, submitting files, tracking what is missing, and reviewing items. Right now I’m improving the design and making the client upload page feel clearer and more trustworthy, especially on mobile. Some parts are still rough, but it is starting to feel like a real product.
