Devlog #1 - July 12th, 2026

3D CAD Modeling for the frame of the robot
This was my first time using Onshape to 3D design, so it took a bit to get used to it, but thankfully, it was eerily similar to another software I had used, Solidworks, and the switch was quite painless. I wanted my robot to have a shovel-like head, which would allow it to wedge any heavy objects away, and clean the room.
Some things to do for next time:

• Design the circuit to connect the Motors, Motor ESCs, servos, distance sensor, and IMU.
• Refine and create a tracking code, which will allow the robot to autonomously identify objects, and calculate the appropriate path to push it into a designated sorting area (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)
