it’s DEVLOG TIMEEE!!! This is a big one!, i’m finally able to show some screenshots this time, suprisingly i got the api to work first time, it stays on a grey wallpaper before fetching the background and when it does it does it in a fade in animation, the first time setup goes smoothly so far but after it it just gets stuck in a loop, i’m still tryna figure out what the culprit could be, after that i’ll test all functionality and add some more css, until then stay goated gng ✌
DEVLOG TIMEEE!!!!!, fixed some more code and made the 3 css files i need!! (i mostly copied code from other projects lol), still need to integrate the nasa wallpapers and the project should be finished!, with that said.. stay goated gng✌
DEVLOG TIMEE!!! after realising that react is too hard i completely ditched it, i had to refine the code to work without it (wasnt that hard suprisingly), also added search suggestions using duckduckgo and search history, still need to make the css and some files to interact with nasa’s api, so until then i’ll keep y’all updated👀, stay goated gng🙏✌
SEMI-DEVLOG TIMEE!!, you know how when you open a website that needs you to set your own prefernces like cookies or settings?, well i implemented a similar system here that stores your prefrences locally on your browser, it was very easy to implement, hence why it took me only 17 mins! anyways stay goated gng✌
DEVLOG TIME!!!! i added the ability to change the search engine (ground breaking right?), also made it detect when u typed a url or a search query, trust me it took me so freakin long to understand and implement, anyways stay goated gng✌
Took me long enough to figure out (havent even started seriously coding ts💀)
